The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) turned over ?3,261,087.04 in lotto shares to the province of Rizal, as well as ?201,398.97 for the Municipality of Teresa, on Tuesday, April 8, 2025.
These funds bolster local government efforts in delivering crucial health and social services to their constituents.
On the same day, the PCSO contributed 1,500 ‘ChariTimba’ or food packs to the LAB For All initiative of First Lady Liza Araneta-Marcos.
Members of the PCSO Board of Directors, together with Chairman Felix Reyes, led the distribution of ChariTimba to residents of Teresa, Rizal.
The LAB For All caravan seeks to bring essential medical services and government programs closer to underserved populations. By actively participating, the PCSO reinforces its role as a vital partner in advancing public welfare and healthcare accessibility.
The event showcased the power of inter-agency collaboration, emphasizing the collective responsibility of government institutions in ensuring healthcare and necessities reach marginalized sectors. With this initiative, the PCSO continues to champion its mission of uplifting Filipino lives through charity, medical services, and strong support for local government programs.
