The Lubao International Balloon and Music Festival 2025 filled the skies of Pampanga with vibrant hot air balloons on April 11, 2025, featuring one display from the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) to show its long-standing support for the province.
This year’s festival showcased 26 colorful hot air balloons from seven countries—Australia, Vietnam, Netherlands, Japan, Taiwan, South Korea, and the Philippines—all adding their magic to the Pampanga skyline.
Among the participants, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) proudly took flight through its branded hot air balloon, symbolizing its enduring dedication to the province’s growth and well-being.
Beyond joining in the festival, PCSO has played a crucial role in supporting Pampanga through various charitable initiatives. From funding medical and health programs to aiding communities in times of crisis, the agency has remained a steadfast ally in uplifting the lives of Kapampangan.
Hosted at Pradera Verde, the annual festival continued to captivate thousands of visitors, with eager attendees lining up as early as 4 AM to witness the spectacle.
The event also offered a stellar lineup of activities, including a concert headlined by Bamboo, a bustling food bazaar, dazzling fireworks displays, and engaging events for all ages from 4 AM to 10 PM.
As the 2025 Lubao International Balloon and Music Festival brought joy to visitors, PCSO’s presence served as a testament to its unwavering support for Pampanga, proving that its commitment extends far beyond the skies—it reaches into the very heart of the communities it serves.
